Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must inform us with a clear written statement sent via email through the contact details provided on our website, before the 14-day period expires.
Conditions for Return
Returned items must:
Be unused and unworn
Be in their original, resale condition
Be returned in the original box or pouch
Include all accessories and accompanying materials
The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
LeTéér reserves the right to decline a return if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with consumer protection regulations, the following items cannot be returned:
Custom-made or personalized jewellery
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Gift cards
These items are created or provided specifically for the customer and cannot be resold.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
Contact us to inform us of your decision.
Send the product via Econt in secure and appropriate packaging.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
The product must arrive in the condition described above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be issued within 14 days from the date we are informed of your withdrawal. However, reimbursement may be withheld until we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.
Refunds are made via:
Postal money transfer through Econt, or
Bank transfer (upon providing your bank details)
The refund method corresponds to the original payment method.
Payment Document
All orders are paid via Cash on Delivery through Econt.
The postal money transfer receipt issued by Econt serves as official proof of payment. Please retain this document for your records.
