1. General Information
LeTéér by Vika is an independent jewelry brand operated by an individual seller based in Sofia, Bulgaria (1000).

By placing an order through this website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products
All jewelry pieces are handmade or partially handmade.
Due to the artisanal nature of production, slight variations in color, texture, size, or form may occur. Natural stones may vary in tone and structure. Such variations are inherent characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are considered confirmed upon successful submission and, where necessary, direct communication with the customer.
Available payment method:
• Cash on Delivery via Econt courier.
LeTéér reserves the right to decline or cancel an order in case of product unavailability, suspected misuse, or inability to fulfill the request.
4. Shipping
Shipping is available within Bulgaria only. International shipping may be available upon individual request. Please contact us before placing an order.
Courier: Econt
Estimated delivery time: minimum 4 business days, depending on product availability.
Orders above 100 EUR qualify for free shipping.
Delivery times may vary depending on material availability, production schedule, and courier operations. LeTéér is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
5. Custom Orders
Custom-made jewelry pieces are produced upon individual request.
Production time is minimum 7 business days and may vary depending on materials and workload.
Custom-made or personalized pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.
LeTéér reserves the right to request advance payment for custom orders.
Custom orders include a maximum of 2 design revision rounds. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Production begins only after final design approval and payment confirmation.
6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned items must:
• Be unused and unworn
• Be in their original condition
• Be returned in original packaging
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
The following items are non-returnable:
• Custom-made or personalized jewelry
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Greeting cards and stamp seals
• Gift cards
LeTéér reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
7. Warranty
A 1-month warranty is provided from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects only.
The warranty applies exclusively to defects resulting from production faults and does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, discoloration, or natural aging of materials
• Damage caused by improper storage
• Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, or water
• Damage caused by misuse, impact, or failure to follow care instructions
• Natural variations in stones or handmade elements
Repair services may be offered at the seller’s discretion. Delivery costs related to repairs are covered by the customer unless the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect.
This warranty does not affect the customer’s statutory rights under Bulgarian consumer law.
8. Limitation of Liability
LeTéér by Vika shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by courier services or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
