Jewelry Care

Each LeTéér piece is created with attention to detail and carefully selected materials.
To preserve its beauty and longevity, please follow the guidelines below.

General Care

• Clean jewelry using soft cloth to restore luster.

• Protect jewelry from shocks and scratches.

• Maintain jewelry by avoiding contact with liquids (shower, pool, etc.).

• Avoid wearing the jewelry during physical activity.

• Store jewelry in its original box and in a dry place, away from any source of heat.

Stainless Steel & Gold-Plated Elements

Stainless steel is durable and resistant to tarnishing. However, prolonged exposure to moisture, chemicals, or improper storage may affect its surface over time.

Gold-plated components require gentle handling. Friction, water exposure, and contact with cosmetics may gradually reduce the intensity of the plating.

Sterling Silver (925)

Sterling silver may naturally develop subtle oxidation or darkening over time. This is an inherent characteristic of the material and not a defect.

Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, chemicals, or abrasive surfaces, as this may accelerate tarnishing or cause surface damage.

Brass

Brass may naturally deepen in tone or develop a patina over time. These changes are inherent characteristics of the material and contribute to its evolving appearance.

Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, chemicals, or friction, as this may accelerate oxidation or cause surface wear.

Natural Stones & Beads

Natural stones and artisan beads may vary in tone, texture, and shape. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural and handcrafted materials.

Avoid impact, pressure, or dropping, as this may cause chipping or structural damage.

Cleaning

Use a soft, dry cloth to gently polish your jewelry after wear.
Do not use abrasive materials, polishing agents, or chemical cleaners.

Warranty Note

The 1-month warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

Damage caused by improper care, impact, incorrect storage, exposure to water or chemicals, as well as normal wear, surface scratches, discoloration, or natural aging of materials, is not covered under warranty. Variations in natural stones and handmade elements are not considered defects.
